Definitely since Julianne Moore promotes brands like Bulgari, this is clearly a change, both for her as well as Talbots. I am guessing that the way Ann Taylor has completely reinvented itself as an edgy clothing line for sophisticated women, Talbots is trying to tell the mature woman that she does not have to be boring.
