Boots and shorts during spring and fall One of the dilemmas that many girls have is what is the best time to wear boots.  For obvious reasons, unless you will be in an airconditioned environment all the time, it is best not to wear them during the peak of summer.  However, any other time, boots are just fine.  Winter may be the perfect time to put them on but spring and fall are great too, and contrary to common belief, boots can be worn with shorts and mini skirt, like this girl does.
