Tee shirt with cargo pants for a casual look I subscribe to the idea that you can wear almost anything when you are ready for a casual look.  Why?  There are no rules, really.  Or at least, I do not think that there should be any rules for casual; if not, it is not casual.  That is why I love what she has done with a baggy tee combining them with oversized cargo pants, but then used with a pair of high heels.
