Justin Guarini and Kimberly Caldwell like Chi irons Why won’t they?  Other fans of Chi include Kate Beckinsale, Kid Rock, Ne Yo, and Miley Cyrus. I wonder how Katy Perry does her hair?  And how did Cher get that hairstyle?  They are wigs, and possibly hair extensions, of course, but very clever.
