Create outfit fit for a costume party Many of you might be familiar with Lolitas and the kogals in Japan.  The main idea behind dressing up in an interesting manner is to express yourself so that you can stand out.  Obviously, this outfit is interesting, though, not so practical for going to work, for instance.  But the blonde hair, the fishnet stockings, and that beautiful handbag are definitely worth incorporating into an outfit once in a while, even if you are not going to Omotesando or Harajuku or Shibuya.
